To give your parcel the best chance of arriving on time this festive season, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, and by the Australia Post cut-off dates listed below.

*Please note that these dates are a guide only and apply to parcels sent to metro locations. For regional and remote areas, please allow additional time. We strongly recommend choosing express delivery to avoid disappointment.

As we get closer to Christmas, we’ll ensure all parcels are dispatched promptly – either the same or next day. However, once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times and tracking updates are unfortunately out of our hands. In previous years, we’ve seen delivery times take a little longer over Christmas due to the sheer volume of parcels being handled.

Shipping within Australia

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $150.

For all other orders, standard delivery is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $9. Parcels are sent via Australia Post and dispatched from Perth, WA, within two business days. Need it fast? Express post is available for $12. Please note that custom orders will take longer to dispatch.

Please be mindful that while we dispatch promptly, once an order is with Australia Post, it is unfortunately beyond our control. Delivery may take longer during peak periods.

Local pick up is also available from Cockburn Central. Please choose this option at checkout and then we will contact you to arrange collection.

We post to the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and Malaysia for a flat rate fee of AU$28.
